Formed in 1966 - 1967 by Fred W. Elarbee, the Labor and Employment Section provides various programs and benefits for its members. The Section’s goal is

the promotion of the objects of Atlanta Bar Association, Inc. within the particular field designated by the name of this Section, and;

To provide a medium through which labor and employment law practitioners who are members can organize, concentrate, and coordinate their activities to enhance the practice of and understanding of labor and employment law.
