Litigation Section
Formed in 1978 - 1979 by Neal Batson, the Litigation Section provides various programs and benefits for its members. The Section’s goal are to:

Uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States and Georgia;

Further the purposes and goals of Atlanta Bar Association, Inc.;

Encourage the participation of members of Atlanta Bar Association, Inc. in matters relating to trial and appellate advocacy;

Provide a means of informing its members concerning matters relating to laws, rules and regulations governing trial and appellate practice in the courts and agencies of the States of Georgia and the United States.

The Section sponsors a breakfast for its members held on the second Friday of each month at The Colonnade with speakers on timely subjects. CLE credit is often available for the topics covered by the speakers.
