The Ascendancy of Income Tax Planning Featuring Charles A. “Clary” Redd

Charles A. Redd is a partner in the firm of Stinson Leonard Street LLP. Clary concentrates his practice in estate planning, estate and trust administration and estate and trust-related litigation. Prior to joining Stinson, he was a partner in and Vice Chairman of the Trusts & Estates Practice Group of SNR Denton US LLP.

Clary is an elected member of The American Law Institute, a Fellow of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (Board of Regents; Missouri State Chair; Communications Committee (Chair); Estate and Gift Tax Committee; and Fiduciary Litigation Committee) and an Adjunct Professor of Law (Estate Planning) at Northwestern University School of Law. He also serves as Co-Chair of the Editorial Advisory Board of Trusts & Estates magazine. Clary is listed in The Best Lawyers in America and has been designated as Best Lawyers’ 2012 St. Louis Trusts and Estates Lawyer of the Year and 2012-2013 and 2013-2014 St. Louis Litigation-Trusts and Estates Lawyer of the Year. He is also nationally ranked by Chambers USA in its “Wealth Management” category. Clary speaks across the country and writes frequently on topics in the trusts and estates field.
