CLE: 2.7 CLE Hours, including 1 Professionalism Hour

Learn how to represent immigrant victims of trafficking and other violent crimes in this informative CLE program.  Learn to interview a victim, to collect documentation of abuse, to work with law enforcement officers, and to prepare a petition for an immigration visa.  Help your client to establish a legal presence in the United States so that he or she will not be forced to return to abusive circumstances.

No immigration law experience necessary.

Due to space limitations, advance registration and payment are required.

Pay-at-door registrations are not available for any session.
