The panel will consist of Jennifer Fletcher (leader of Sutherland’s Construction Industry Practice Group and President-Elect of the American College of Construction Lawyers), Fielder Martin ( senior counsel with Baker Donelson and a member of the Board of Directors of the American College of Construction Lawyers), Bart Gary (a member of the Complex Litigation and Construction Law practice group at Freeman, Mathis & Gary, and author of the Georgia Construction Law Handbook), and Bruce Stout (In-House Counsel and Regional Risk Manager for DPR Construction). The panel will share, and invite the audience to share, best practices and lessons learned from common mistakes made by new and not-so-new construction lawyers in a variety of practice areas, including tips on discovery, working with experts, and ADR options.
