There are many experts who will teach you how to draft a good contract. But only one legal writing pro will teach you how to draft a bad contract. Sure, a good contract (i.e., one that is consistent, precise and written in plain English) makes it easier for the parties to understand their rights and obligations. But by reducing the risk of misunderstandings (and resulting litigation), a good contract risks putting us all out of business. Therefore, with his tongue firmly in check, Mark Cohen presents this entertaining webinar to help you to draft better contracts.
