Formed in 1990 -1991 by Keith O. Cowan, the Business and Finance Section provides various programs and benefits for its members. The Section's goal is to promote the objectives of the Atlanta Bar Association, Inc. within the particular fields designated by the name of this Section.  The Business and Finance Section provides various breakfast and CLE programs to its over 500 members with panel talks on securities, M&A transactions, updates in corporate law, and other areas of business and finance transactions.
