Sections: Environmental & Toxic Tort

 

The Environmental and Toxic Tort Section participates in many joint Section events including various projects on the Atlanta Beltline Project. The Section is open to any member of the Atlanta Bar practicing or interested in matters relating to environmental laws and laws governing toxic tort litigation. Benefits of being a member of the Section are Section sponsored CLE’s, happy hours for networking with other members, e-blast newsletters containing recent environmental case law synopsis and the ability to participate in a variety of volunteer and fundraising opportunities.
