ATLANTA BAR ASSOCIATION PRESENTS
Join us for the Atlanta Bar Association Casino Night which will be held on Thursday, April 13 at 200 Peachtree. The event is sponsored by Peachtree Legal Suites and proceeds will benefit the Atlanta Bar Association Summer Law Internship Program (SLIP).
This social night of fun allows you to mingle with your colleagues and try your skills at Blackjack, Poker, Roulette, and Craps. All table games are manned by professional dealers, so you are sure to get the real casino experience right here in Atlanta.
Your ticket includes an open bar, hors d’oeuvres and night of fun and games. Tickets for members and their guests are $50 in advance/$75 the night of the event and can be purchased individually or in blocks so that you and your colleagues are registered and ready to roll the dice on game night! And remember, a portion of your ticket will support this year’s SLIP program which is celebrating its 25th Anniversary this year.
SLIP places students from local high schools at local law firms, government agencies and corporations for a six week paid internship to encourage their interest in high education and the practice of law. Over 620 internships have been made available since program inception and last year 49 interns from 33 local high schools participated.
