What can I do to promote myself as an Atlanta lawyer?
Keep your Atlanta Bar member profile current! When you change your name, land a job, or change firms, update your contact information on the Atlanta Bar website. Be sure to add your area of practice, head shot, social media links, and more to maintain the best online presence in our interactive membership directory.

How can I get more involved with the Atlanta Bar?
Sections: Join one (or many) of our 22 Sections. Our varied listing of twenty-two Sections gives members the opportunity to collaborate with lawyers both in and out of their practice area. Sections sponsor a variety of independent and joint activities, including CLE and practice programs, community service projects and social networking activities. Each Section has its own Board which provides relevant leadership training to emerging leaders. Learn more about our Sections here.
Community Programs: Community projects provide learning opportunities to aspiring lawyers and also supply charitable services to our community. Click here if you are interested in volunteering for one of our community programs.
Committees: Committees are directed by the Board and play a vital role in executing the work of the organization. Click here If you are interested in serving on one of our committees.

How do I report my CLE credit to another state?
If you recently attended an Atlanta Bar Association CLE event and need to report your CLE credit to another state, download the editable uniform certificate of attendance
. Complete this form and submit it to the state in which you are seeking credit. This usually is a state bar, supreme court or CLE commission.

I am registered for an Atlanta Bar event and need to cancel. Who do I contact?
Contact Denisha Wise to cancel your registration. If you would like a refund, notice of cancellation must be received within 24 hours of the event. You can also elect to receive a credit to your account for use at any other Atlanta Bar event.
Where are the Atlanta Bar Offices located?
The Atlanta Bar headquarters are located on the 4th Floor of the International Tower of the Peachtree Center. Our address is 229 Peachtree Street NE, Suite 400, Atlanta, GA 30303. There are several parking decks on Andrew Young International Boulevard directly across the street from the Peachtree Center. You can also access our offices from the Peachtree Center exit on MARTA.
