Tax, Trade, and Tariffs

This program will cover the international provisions of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 (“TCJA”) and their impact upon taxpayers headquartered in the U.S. with operations in foreign countries (outbound taxpayers) and those headquartered in foreign countries with operations in the U.S. (inbound taxpayers). Secondly, the program will focus upon tariffs imposed by the Trump Administration and retaliatory tariffs imposed by foreign countries.
