By resolution of the Atlanta Bar Association Board of Directors, the Atlanta Bar Association will not hold in-person gatherings through December 31, 2020. During this same period, the Atlanta Bar Association also will not send representatives to in-person activities hosted by third-party organizations. The Atlanta Bar Association is understood to include, without limitation, the Board of Directors, the Atlanta Bar Foundation, the Atlanta Bar Association CLE Board of Trustees, the Lawyer Referral and Information Service Board of Trustees, all Atlanta Bar Association committees, Sections, programs, and any other group operating under the auspices of the Atlanta Bar Association. This policy does not apply to responsibilities that individual officers or directors of the Atlanta Bar Association, its Sections, the Atlanta Bar Foundation, or the Atlanta Bar Association’s CLE Board of Trustees may have as formally designated representatives to other organizations. The Atlanta Bar Association will consider whether any further extension of this policy will be made by December 10, 2020.
