Membership at the Atlanta Bar Association 

Membership in the Atlanta Bar Association offers you a wide variety of networking options, social events, a diversity of CLE seminars, and numerous practice and leadership opportunities. Join any (or many!) of our 22 Sections to meet and interact with senior and respected members of your practice area. Committee participation provides outlets to pro bono and community service opportunities and networking with lawyers and members of other professions. You also receive a subscription to The Atlanta Lawyer magazine which keeps you connected to events and happenings in the Atlanta legal community. What if I cannot remember my Atlanta Bar username and/or password?

If you have forgotten your password, type your username into the username field and click Forgot your password. Follow instructions to reset your password. If you have forgotten your username and/or password, contact us at recep@atlantabar.org or call (404) 521-0781.

 

 

What can I do to promote myself as an Atlanta lawyer?

Keep your Atlanta Bar member profile current! When you change your name, land a job, or change firms, update your contact information on the Atlanta Bar website. Be sure to add your area of practice, head shot, social media links, and more to maintain the best online presence in our interactive membership directory.

How do I report my CLE credit to another state?

If you recently attended an Atlanta Bar Association CLE event and need to report your CLE credit to another state, download the uniform certificate of attendance.  Complete this form and submit it to the state in which you are seeking credit.  This usually is a state bar, supreme court or CLE commission.  

If you have any questions about this form or where to send it, or need any supporting documentation required by the state in which you are seeking credit, please contact us at cle@atlantabar.org.

 

I am registered for an Atlanta Bar event and need to cancel. Who do I contact?
Contact Jessica Pope to cancel your registration.  If you would like a refund, notice of cancellation must be received within 24 hours of the event (48 hours for CLE events).

 

Where are the Atlanta Bar Offices located?

The Atlanta Bar headquarters are located on the 4th Floor of the International Tower of the Peachtree Center.  Our address is 229 Peachtree Street NE, Suite 400, Atlanta, GA 30303.  There are several parking decks on Andrew Young International Boulevard directly across the street from the Peachtree Center. You can also access our offices from the Peachtree Center exit on MARTA.
